Years ago, my brother and I had a realization..

..if the galactic bounty hunters from Mandalore are called Mandalorians..
then people from El Salvador are Salvadorians!

We both were born and raised in San Francisco, CA where we learned our cultural identity was spelled Salvadorean and Salvadorian. Never in our nearly thirty years of life had we ever seen Salvadoran. That is until the online salvi spell checkers swamped our comments, emails, and DMs. Sorry but not sorry.. we love ‘Salvadorian’ best.
